Here are some photos of the wedding cake that I made this past weekend for Faith Lassiter's wedding. She is the daughter of Cindy Lassiter, Alaina's preschool teacher from FBCW three years ago. The wedding cake was a white cake with almond buttercream icing. Because Jeff was on a fishing trip to Canada, Dad stepped up and helped me deliver and assemble the cake while Mom watched the girls at home. Dad was actually the one who helped me with the first wedding cake that I ever did just a couple of years ago!
The women in the kitchen kept telling Dad that his wife sure did make good cakes!!! He said you sure know how to make a man feel good because that is my daughter, not my wife!!! Ha! Ha!!!
